Bill’s background includes 30 years of commercial lending experience including transactions with companies such as: American Express, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, as well as hundreds of small to medium sized commercial real estate owner/operators.
As the founder of OFC, Bill has grown the business to be recognized as one of the leading commercial mortgage banking entities in the Hospitality and Senior Living sectors with over $250,000,000 in originations during the last 12 months and $1 billion since founding the company in 2005. Bill’s transaction experience includes Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, IHG, and Choice hotel financings throughout the United States.

A previous INC 500 and Ernst & Young Crescendo Award winner, Mr. Carroll intends to continue the growth of the firm through customer-focused lending strategies.
Bill is a graduate of Colgate University, father of four sons and husband of 40 years. He has also served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati and The Children’s Hospital Dental Foundation.
