We specialize in financings from $1 million to $50 million plus with terms ranging from 6 months to 40 years. OFC specializes in a variety of financing options including fixed and variable rate financings, construction loans, bridge and interim debt, mezzanine, a variety of hedging strategies as well as lease financing.
